In Three Wishes, James, Guard and Damien, bring in three different couples for their special fantasy granting services. Handsome model Benji is tired of being perfect, and he wants to make his body his own. Thor, tattoo artist and piercer, as well as Dom, is just the man to do it. Will Benji find what he's looking for?

Meanwhile, Alan and Roman are a long-time sub/Dom couple looking to have a few outside Masters give Alan all the things that Roman can’t. Will their relationship survive Alan's strong reaction to one of the Masters?

The last couple to visit the island are Quinn and Pierce. Quinn has medical fetishes he’s embarrassed to tell his lover Pierce about even though Pierce is a doctor. So he’s going to get it out of his system in this safe environment. At least that’s the plan...

Don't miss out on these fantasies come true.

Review

I always think that reading novella length stories are the hardest to read because they always leave you wanting more, more story because the author could’ve expanded this scene or added a scene here to give you greater connection to the characters, greater understanding of the story and the emotion the author was going for. But then you have those rare ones that truly leave nothing out even though it is still not a novel length story. Does that mean I don’t want more of those characters no, because if it’s well written, no matter the length, I will always want to sink into the life of the characters the author made me love. With his characters and unique writing style, Sean Michael accomplishes that here with this book.

It’s called Three Wishes because there are three stories of people coming to Rainbow Island to get their fantasies fulfilled. But to me there are four wishes going on not just those of Benji who meets Thor to fulfill his wish of body mods to take back ownership of his body after years of being the perfect model to everyone in the industry, or that of Alan and Roman who are a Dom/sub couple who come to give Alan experiences his Roman cannot give him but come to find that Alan needs to be perfect for his Dom can come at a cost, or even Quinn and Pierce who don’t even know the other is there because Quinn is afraid Pierce, his doctor boyfriend, will think he is weird for his medical fetishes. No, there aren’t three because the fourth is of the island owners. Guard, Damien, and James who help set up all the parts of these other men’s fantasies all the while fighting to get back to where they once were before James was hurt and Damien took the blame.

Having so many characters in one book was not at all a detriment to the stories because each feels so different from the other there is no confusion on who is who. I have my favorite couple, the one I think was the hottest from the “Three Wishes” stories but I won’t tell which one because I want the readers to go into the story without a bias thought of who they might like more or maybe they will love all the kinkiness that goes on at Rainbow Island. Yes, there is a lot of sex scenes but it’s a BDSM book and each scene is essential to how the characters develop emotionally and mentally. In my opinion there was just the right amount for each set of characters.

What I can say is that I loved the over arcing story of James, Guard, and Damien and for them alone I will read the other books coming in the story. My heart broke for James and how he is forcing his isolation from the men he clearly still loves and wants all because he feels he is no longer worthy of them due to his injuries. Of course, I love the damaged guys because they have to fight all the more to come back from that type of mental war. Guard, oh tough sexy hawaiian shirt wearing Guard. He is the glue that is holding what little is left to this relationship and he is doing a great job. He knows when to push James and when to hold Damien. Damien in the stage of grief for what happened to the man he loves that he stays away as much as he can and even when he is there he has walls up and uses his snarky attitude to keep the pain at bay.

Each one of these stories are unique and out together gives you so many different emotions; fun, love, pain, grief, self-doubt, and dirty, dirty kinky. The perfect book for a range of most anything you never thought you wanted!
